DELIVERY: Please allow up to 10 working days. NOTE: Laguna Lavender cannot accept responsibility for products in transit. However, you may request Australia Post's parcel SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY service for a fee (currently $2.95 per parcel). If you require SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY, please inform us via the ORDER NOTES text box made available to you during the ordering process. If you pay by DIRECT DEPOSIT, please add $2.95 to your remittance. If you elect to pay via CREDIT CARD, we will add $2.95 to your payment
Please note you may need to collect the parcels from your local Post Office if no-one is at the delivery address to receive the goods. However, if you provide a mobile number, Australia Post can SMS that number when delivery is due
